Great hotel with clean pools, a bar lounge area, and a children's play area. Staff once helped me with a local delivery recommendation, which I remember fondly. I’ll be back for Christmas!

The facilities are really nice and the place is
Far from most festivities, making it ideal for families with children. The cleaning services were satisfactory, and the staff was friendly. I found the dining options somewhat limited compared to what I expected from an all-inclusive resort.

Just a decent option for a transient visit in Malia (Crete) with good price value. The hotel itself was lovely, but options for drinks were lacking. Try the restaurant next door for much better food.

Here’s the good and the not-so-good
The facilities are impressive, with clean pools and a lively atmosphere! Mariana from reception stood out, ensuring tech issues like the TV were solved with ease.
The extra charge for air conditioning felt unwarranted, especially given the heat! I encountered annoying mosquitoes nightly due to window screens being absent.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious one-bedroom family room which was perfect for us and our son's family. The kids had a blast at the well-maintained pools, making it easy for us to keep an eye on them while relaxing. The care from the staff really stood out.
In my wife's opinion, adding more variety to the dining options would enhance family meals.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the beach and an aqua park, which was a hit with the kids. Three well-maintained pools offered plenty of relaxation options, and the vibrant atmosphere made it enjoyable. while the food was varied and healthy, the dining options could be more diverse. The extra charge for air conditioning felt unreasonable, considering the heat. the service at the dining area was efficient but could sometimes feel rushed, affecting the meal experience.

Had a wonderful time with our own pool, and the food was incredibly tasty! the all-inclusive dining was a bit too restrictive at times. Definitely would go back!

Had an amazing time with friends! The room was great with a clean private pool. Staff were super friendly and always helpful. Enjoyed drinks from the bar and took some back to relax by the pool. Perfect location for exploring local beaches and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a fun group vacation!
The all-inclusive drinks package was somewhat limited, which could be frustrating when you want more options available.

Family with children will find this place great
The children's club was a huge hit, the two girls running it became like family to us by the end! Plus, the restaurant staff really knew how to make our kids smile, always going the extra mile to keep them entertained.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still worth the expense.

Great pools and vibe!
We had a blast chilling by the pools, especially with those awesome slides! The bar had some tasty drinks too, but breakfast could get kinda repetitive. Staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Just wish the A/C didn't cost extra, that was a bummer.

Family with children great getaway
The pools were super clean and offered enough shade in the afternoon, which made it perfect for our kids to play safely! The staff was friendly, especially this bartender named Elvis who always had a joke ready and was so great with the kids. He.
It wasn't exactly economical, but the overall experience made it worth the expense.
